4-Ball Shower is a pretty tough trick. It's not that tough to flash, but to keep it going takes some fast hands and accurate throws.
Instructions:
First, let's get a flash. Start with three balls in your right hand and one in your left. Throw each of the three balls up to the other hand, one after the other. You will need to make these throws much higher than the regular cascade throw. Once you've emptied the three balls from your right hand, pass the left-hand ball straight across.
Continue for a few rounds, and then try to collect. Keep trying to get longer and longer runs before stopping and collecting. The trick to this pattern is keeping all the throws as consistent as possible (same height, same placement, equal spacing).
