"Follow" is another 423 variation, where you carry a ball and make it follow the path of another ball.
Instructions:
The way I learned this trick, was to start it out of Mills Mess. As you're juggling Mills Mess, pay attention to Ball #1 (Blue ball). This is the ball that you're going to "follow".
When it's time to throw Ball #2 (Red ball, above), instead of throwing it, just carry it over to the other side, following the path of the first ball. When you get that ball to the other side, you can resume juggling Mills Mess again.
Now just do that "follow" carry continuously on both sides.
