This is a trick invented by Ori Roth, a very talented young juggler. I saw the video of his trick, and was mesmerized by it. It took me a while to master it, but it's now one of my favorite tricks.
Instructions:
Start by practicing with only two balls first. They will be thrown in sync, and one on top of the other. Throw them with your outside hand on top. Catch each ball with the same hand that threw it, on the other side of your body. Practice this for a while until it becomes easy. At first it will be hard to keep the balls from crossing. Concentrate on making the two balls stay in the same vertical line and equal space between them throughout the toss, flight, and catch.

Now it's time to add the third ball. Start with two balls in your right hand and one in your left. Circle your left hand around and under the right, then throw from both hands at the same time (like the first step). Now, with the remaining ball in your right hand, throw it up from the open-arm position. Then go and catch the first two balls you threw.
With the top ball caught (right hand), circle it up and around the third ball still in the air. Finish the circle arm movement with the right hand now under the left, and begin the process again, this time as a mirror image.

As with any level 4 trick, it will take some time to get comfortable with the pattern. It sometimes helps to watch the videos in slow motion. Practice it one step at a time.
