This is a funny little trick, especially when you emphasize the Frankenstein-like arm motion with some loud grunting noises.
Instructions:
This trick is only difficult in the way that patting your head and rubbing your stomach at the same time is difficult. Making your hand raise up quickly, but not throw a ball, is tough to get used to. You have to train that hand to not let go.
Start out by juggling a slow, high cascade, i.e. 522 or (2,4x)(4x,2). Don't worry about moving the non-throwing hand yet. Just let it hang down in place and wait for the other ball to come to it. Now just start to move the non-throwing hand in sync with the throwing hand as it goes up to make a throw. When the other hand releases the ball, just bring the non-throwing hand back down into position.
When you get it right, both arms will be moving up and down in sync, but only one is throwing on each up position.
