441 with clubs is one of my favorite patterns to juggle. It's also a great way to work up to learning the 4-Club Fountain.

Instructions:

You must first have 441 down solid with balls, and be very good with your 3-Club Cascade and Doubles.

Another thing to practice is two clubs in one hand. Although, 441 is actually easier than a solid 2-in-one-hand with clubs. The reason is that you only have to throw two consecutive Fountain throws on each side during the pattern.

Fountain throws (2-in-one-hand) are difficult with clubs, because of the angle you have to catch the club. If you're like me, you will find the knob of the club constantly hitting your forearms, causing it to bounce out of reach.

The solution to this problem is to angle your throws outward from your body. But, this makes it hard to keep two clubs going on one side of your body. The only way to master this one, is to keep practicing.
