Half Shower refers to a pattern where the balls thrown from one hand always travel over the throws from the other hand. One hand is throwing an outside throw, the other is throwing inside. Because the lower (inside) throw still has some height to it, the half shower is slower paced and easier than a true shower pattern. Half shower is an attractive way to do numbers juggling (5+ objects), and it's usually easier than cascade or fountain because the height difference of the balls reduce chances for mid-air collision.
Instructions:
Work on making an outside throw (a.k.a. Reverse throw). This is the same throw made in Juggler's Tennis. Now just make that outside throw every time with the same hand.
Variations:

You can throw the inside throw straight up, to give the pattern a look of one ball circling around the other. This pattern is also a good lead up to the False Shower.

5223 Siteswap - This is a higher, slower version of the half shower. Just make your tennis throw extra high, and wait for it to come back down before throwing the low throw with the other hand.
