The Pendulum Drop is a simple little trick where you juggle two-in-one hand while "exchanging" every-other ball with the other hand.
Instructions:
Start by juggling two-in-one hand, while holding the other ball above the pattern.
Now, just drop that third ball into the pattern every once in a while, in place of one of the upcoming balls. Timing is the key here.
Finally, just exaggerate the hand motion of the hand holding the ball. Move it in a swinging fashion, so that it swings right into position to drop. Notice that you are actually only exchanging two of the balls. The other (Red ball) stays in the two-in-one hand pattern.
