Double spins are a way to juggle a higher pattern with clubs. It's possible just throw single spins higher, but it's easier and more natural to let the clubs spin around twice on the higher throws.
Instructions:
Start with just one club, like you did when you learned clubs in the first place. Practice making a double spin throw with that one club.
While juggling a regular (single spin) 3-Club Cascade, throw one club with a double spin every once in a while. Practice that for a while.
Then, trying making two consecutive double spins in a row, and returning back to the regular cascade. Eventually, you'll be able to throw consecutive doubles with no problem.
You'll need a good, solid double to do most of the advanced club tricks, including 5-Club Cascade.
