Above the head is a very visually pleasing trick. Spectators like to see a lot of movement in your juggling patterns (not the movement of each ball, but the height/location of the whole pattern). This trick is a fairly easy way to accomplish this.


Instructions:

It doesn't look like a hard trick to master, but it uses a totally different arm motion that will take some practice getting used to. There are two basic ways to juggle above your head. The way I do it is to push the balls up into the air with my forearms vertically straight underneath the ball, and my elbows out in front. The other way is to fling the ball up from the middle of your body with your elbows up and to the side (this is the way Jason Garfield does it). Either way, just keep practicing your throws, and it will soon come around.
