This is a fun trick I came up with one day while experimenting with different 3-ball patterns. Mangham's Mangle combines an under-arm throw, a claw catch, a tennis throw, and a big circular hand motion during a carry. I think it has a very smooth and fluid movement, which makes it fun to juggle and to watch.

Instructions:

Mangham's Mangle is a syncronous pattern (both hands throw at the same time). Here is an animation of the same siteswap without the added hand movements. (2,4)(4x,4x)(0,4x)(4,2)(4x,4x)(4x,0)

I happened upon the Mangle by first juggling this 423 variation. Just juggle a 423 where the 3 siteswap throw is thrown under-arm. Then make the carry hand circle that ball. Practicing this pattern will get you used to the circular hand motion in the Mangle.

As you're doing the 423 pattern above, continue on with the circular motion of the carry, all the way around, until it reaches the top of the pattern again. Then, using a claw throw from the top of the pattern, release that ball towards the other hand. At the same time, use your other hand to reach under that one to make an under-arm throw straight up. Your hand that threw from the top position is now just waiting to come down and grab the ball you threw from underneath (use a claw catch, since your hand is above the ball anyway at that point).

Half Mangle - Now, after making the claw catch, just carry that ball around the other ball as you keep 2-in-one-hand going in the other hand. Keep this going, over and over. Then practice it with the other hand, going the opposite direction.

To make the transition from the Half Mangle to the full Mangle, you're going to catch the "tennis" ball (Red) up high, and reverse its rotation, and make it the new circular motion ball on the other side. Then continue the pattern on both sides.

To make the pattern really look good, you'll want to allow your "tennis" throwing hand to hover in the air for a moment, before swatting down and making the claw catch, as the ball is falling down. You will make two simultaneous catches with your hands going in opposite direction, one going down (claw) and one going up.
