Session Log is an Excel spreadsheet that allows you to record and track your poker results.
It's important to keep good records of your play. Not only does it serve as a measurement of your net profit/loss, but it can also be a good motivational tool. By keeping an eye on your long-term progress, instead of short-term wins or losses, you can easily visualize and focus on your true goals.
Since you input the data manually, Session Log can be used for live play and online poker results. Just type in your results after each session.
