I am offering to jumpstart your bankroll by paying for your first deposit on Pacific Poker.

Requirements

  • You have to be a new player to Pacific Poker, never previously registered or created an account. (If you're not positive you've never opened the Pacific client software, you may want to clear your internet history and delete all cookies before clicking on the Pacific link.)
  • You need to have a certified Neteller account (for me to transfer the money to you).
  • Be ready to take advantage of a free bankroll to try out online poker.

What you need to do

  • Click on the Pacific Poker link at the bottom of this page, download the poker software, and create a real money account. Don’t make a deposit yet though.
  • Create a certified account with Neteller. (For those that don’t know about Neteller, it’s an online banking service. It is used by most online poker players to make deposits and withdraws. You certify it by attaching your checking account to it, so they can make direct deposits and withdraws. I have used Neteller for all my poker transactions, and I can attest to its trustworthiness and security.)
  • Send me an email with your newly created Pacific Poker screen name (so I can verify that you signed up under my tracker) and the email address you use for Neteller (so I know who to transfer the money to). While you’re at it, tell me a little about yourself. How long have you been playing poker? Have you ever played online before? How did you find out about my site?
  • Once I verify everything, I will transfer $40 to your Neteller account. I will then reply to your email to let you know when the transfer was made.
  • Go to your Neteller account to accept the transfer.
  • Now all you have to do is open Pacific Poker and go to the “Cashier” section. Open the “Deposit” menu. Follow their directions for making a Neteller deposit.
  • The $40 you deposit will receive a 25% bonus ($10) for a total starting bankroll of $50. Now you’re off to the races and ready to play poker for real money.

It’s your money to do with as you choose, but I always stress how important it is to play within your bankroll. $50 would not last long, even for a professional, playing at the $5/10 level, for example. If you follow my advice in the step-by-step section, you will begin playing at the micro-limits and only move up stakes as your bankroll grows. This is the best way to guarantee that you will become a long-term winning player.
