Welcome to KingsCascade, the first website on the internet to successfully combine my two favorite pastimes... Juggling and Poker.

"Why KingsCascade?" you may ask. Well, I wanted a name that encompassed aspects of both poker and juggling. Kings represents a powerful starting hand in Texas Hold'em poker. Cascade is the name of the basic juggling pattern. Plus, KingsCascade just sounds cool!

This site is divided into two main sections, Poker and Juggling. If you are only interested in one, that’s fine, but I encourage everyone to explore my entire site. Poker players, feel free to peek into the off-beat, often misunderstood, world of juggling. Jugglers, feel free to dive into the cut-throat, high-stakes world of poker. If you are both a juggler and a poker player, please contact me and tell me your story. (My wife is convinced that I’m the only one out there.)

The Poker section contains some helpful strategy tips, including a free Hold’em preflop simulator spreadsheet I created (available for download), some advice for on-line playing options, video clips and instructions for learning “chip tricks”, and a collection of poker war stories.

The Juggling section is mainly a video library of various juggling patterns and tricks, including my claim to fame, a trick I invented called Mangham's Mangle. It also includes written instructions for learning some of the harder tricks.
